Micah Sargeant

Grass-Stained Genes member Micah Sargeant graces our stage for the first time in a long, long time. This young man can SING up a storm, has a great songbook and is just plain FUN. We're honored to have him back! Please join us for an evening of an eclectic mix of folk, bluegrass, country and alt acoustic material - some you've heard and some you'll be glad you heard here!

Gerard Burke
Fri, Mar 19, 2010
7:30 pm

OK, this guy isn't old enough to have written the book on Delta Blues, but he's certainly read it. You won't find a finer performer of this genuine American art form anywhere! If the Blues is part of you, then Gerard Burke needs to be part of your Friday night! C'mon down and welcome him back to our stage!

Ten West Espresso

Cost: $2 adults, $1 students, free kids under 12

Sonny Beecher
Fri, Mar 26, 2010
7:30 pm

Sonny was a mainstay of the Fine Arts Forum in its early days. He moved far away and only recently has he found his way back home to the northern tier. This man has talent! He can play anything with strings, add to that some most excellent harmonica and a great songbook full of tunes and you've got one incredible evening! We're real excited to have Sonny Back - stop on by and see why!

Ten West Espresso

Cost: $2 adults, $1 students, free kids under 12

Vernal Pool
Fri, Apr 2, 2010
7:30 pm

This subset of the former "Frogs of Pennsylvania" returns to treat us with some fine music from a rare combination of instruments: Guitar and banjo, hammer dulcimer, harp, and likely some bagpipes, too! Vernal Pool consists of Ciro and Anne Lopinto and Lauren Bailey. You can expect an eclectic mix of acoustic music, from Celtic to Bluegrass to Classical and a lot of territory in-between. This is a show not to be missed!

Ten West Espresso

Cost: $2 adults, $1 students, free kids under 12

Nate and Kate
Fri, Apr 9, 2010
7:30 pm

What can I say about these guys? Whatever I'd say wouldn't do 'em justice. They sing. Nate plays anything he can get his hands on. He sings, plays, and juggles at the same time. And Kate?... Well first, she gets Nate to the shows, and that should be enough. But she also has a voice to die for and plays cello, sometimes with a bow and sometimes she plucks it like a bass! And sometimes she ends up in the middle of all that juggling too! You will not find a more entertaining evening ANYWHERE, guaranteed!

Ten West Espresso

Cost: $2 adults, $1 students, free kids under 12

Danny Maloney
Fri, Apr 16, 2010
7:30 pm

Danny Maloney is a character. There, I said it. He is a singer-songwriter from the Elmira area who has a delightful view of the world and doesn't mind sharing it with us. And not just that love lost/love found stuff either! From neighbor's barking dogs to watching a summer storm roll in, Danny's songs are vignettes of life on the third rock we've all experienced but probably weren't all that good at expressing. Danny IS that good, and we're tickled to have him back. C'mon out and see what we're talking about.

Ten West Espresso

Cost: $2 adults, $1 students, free kids under 12

Johnny J Blair
Fri, Apr 23, 2010
7:30 pm

Johnny J Blair - where to start? He plays bass in the Davy Jones band, and he does his darnedest to promote music down in the Williamsport area. He's got a popular radio show on WVYA-FM. When he comes to visit us he plays guitar, jumps around and generally is a mini tornado in front of the coffee shop. He's an incredible songwriter and he's GUARANTEED to make you smile! C'mon out and see for yourself why he's one of our favorite performers (though we do not, as a matter of policy, pick favorites!...)

Ten West Espresso

Cost: $2 adults, $1 students, free kids under 12

Brandon Lusk
Fri, Apr 30, 2010
7:30 pm

Wellsboro native Brandon Lusk returns for his sophomore FAF appearance. This young man has TALENT! With a voice that reminds us of Ian Anderson and a music sensibility waaaay beyond his years, Brandon is a guaranteed good time. C'mon out and join us for this very special evening.
